IMP Teacher's Guide Terms of Use

These Terms of Use let you know how you can use the IMP Teacher�s Guide, which is now an online, printable resource that provides easy access to your teaching resources. 

1. Participating Members must agree to use the IMP Teacher's Guide at will and to release Key Curriculum Press (Key) from liability for technical, operational, and ethical problems that arise in the course of using the IMP Teacher's Guide.

2. Participating Members will receive at most three email bulletins per semester about Key Online services, related professional development opportunities, and important update information regarding Key Online.

3. Key does not guarantee access from all computers or with all browsers. IMP Teacher's Guide performance varies with the speed of individual computers and the speed of the Web connectivity. Key makes no warranties as to IMP Teacher's Guide performance or its compatibility with the computer hardware, networking software, or connectivity software of a school or its individual teachers. Participating Individuals agree to accept the technology "as is."

4. Participating Members agree:
- not to post their Key Online username and password information on the Web or publicly in any other way (such as in classrooms or in a school bulletin available outside the school),
- not to distribute any username and password information to others on or off the school site, and
- to report repeated misuse of the IMP Teacher's Guide access privileges to Key.

5. Cancellation of Access: Failure of the Participating Individual to substantially comply with the Terms of Use, as determined solely by Key, may result in revocation of IMP Teacher's Guide.

6. The IMP Teacher's Guide is � Interactive Mathematics Program. Registered users of the IMP Teacher's Guide are permitted to reproduce and distribute all or any portion of the IMP Teacher's Guide for non-commercial purposes. Registered users are also permitted to make Derivative products, modifying the IMP Teacher's Guide content, for non-commercial purposes. Any Derivatives must carry the statement "This material is adapted from the IMP Teacher's Guide, � Interactive Mathematics Program. Some rights reserved."
